Product Returns

Our products have undergone a series of quality checking, we believe you will like our products but occasionally situation happens. If you would like to return or refund our product, the product must be:


  • Bought from Deutschmacht official site 

AND

  • For product that is not entitled to our warranty programme, we only provide return or refund if you found damage upon receival. Please notice our customer service team within 7 calendar days (please refer to the Product Warranty Programme). Otherwise, the product may not be able to arrange a return/ refund.

OR

  • For product that entitled to our warranty programme, the product should still within warranty period (please refer to the Product Warranty Programme)


How to return our product?

Please fill in our Return & Refund Form and our customer service team will reply as soon as possible (except non-working hours and holidays). 

Please return our product with:

  1. Original packaging 
  2. All original accessories
  3. Original invoice

Failure of returning or providing any of the above may lead to longer process time or we may not be able to offer an exchange.  

Please note the following:

  • Return posting cost will be borne by customer.
  • Products can be returned only in the country/region in which they were originally purchased.


How to refund our product?

Please fill in the Return & Refund Form, our customer service team will contact you via your registered email or telephone as soon as possible (except non-working hours and holidays).

Please note the following:

  • Please note we only refund to the same credit card holder/same PayPal account holder.
