Repair Service Guide
Within Warranty Period (Valid for one year from the date of purchase):
- Please contact us via WhatsApp at 9721 2879 and describe the current condition of the product.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and schedule a date for on-site service.
Note: If the damage is due to human factors, related parts costs will still apply during the warranty period. - If you are a Broadway customer, please call the repair department at 2742 8311.
After Warranty Period:
- Repair inspection fee: $300 (parts are charged separately). On-site service is not available.
Repair Process:
- Schedule a drop-off for repair via WhatsApp at 9721 2879 (no phone hotline available).
- Bring the product and official receipt/invoice (if available) to the office in Lai Chi Kok for drop-off.
- After collection, the product will be sent to the repair department for inspection and follow-up.
- After inspection, we will provide you with a quote via WhatsApp, and repairs will be arranged upon confirmation.
- If you accept the quote:
- The repair department will proceed with the repair and replacement of parts. We will notify you of the collection time once the repair is complete.
- If you do not accept the quote:
- The product will be returned, and the inspection fee will not be refunded.
Note: The warranty period for parts is 90 days from the date of receipt.
