Return & Refund

Our products undergo a series of strict quality controls, Deutschmacht is committed to bringing you the highest quality products. If you need to return or exchange a product, the product must be purchased from this Deutschmacht official website or one of our authorized official websites.


What should I do if I receive a damaged product/ incorrect product or DOA product (Dead of Arrival)?
Please take a picture of the product, mark down the invoice number and fill in Return & Refund form within 7 calendar dates upon product receival. We may not be able to offer a refund after 7 calendar date notification.

What should I do to return a product?
Take a picture of the product and mark down the invoice number to contact our customer service team, and we would in touch with you as soon as possible  (except non-office hours and public holidays). Please send the return product back to us according to our customer service team’s instruction.

When returning a product, please return it to us with the following items:

1) Complete packaging of the products
2) All accessories listed on the original packaging
3) Official receipt number

If the customer fails to provide all the above items, we may take longer to process your return application, and the company has the right to refuse the return application.

Please note the followings when returning an item

  • The postage for returning the products needs to be borne by the customer
  • Deutschmacht only provides returned products to the customer's original mailing address
  • Deutschmacht will only refund to the credit card / Paypal account held by the customer for the original order
